Introduced by popular demand, the FGA Affordable Administration course demystifies the complex web of configuration settings within Yardi’s Affordable module. In this hybrid curriculum, we will cover the fundamentals of affordable housing programs in the context of the Yardi environment, including HUD 50059, Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), tenant-based subsidies (portable vouchers), HOME Programs, Local Programs, and an introduction to Rural Development (RD). The course includes explanations of why and how the affordable data flows through the Yardi environment, giving you the tools you need to successfully support and troubleshoot the challenges of managing properties with multi-layered subsidies and administer your unique affordable portfolio.

$500 deposit secures your enrollment and is refundable through December 31, 2022.
Starting January 1, 2023, enrollment deposit is non-refundable.
Remaining balance of $5,995 will be invoiced to you.

Learner is responsible for all travel expenses such as but not limited to airfare, hotel, transportation, and parking; learner must bring a Wi-Fi enabled laptop.

Enrollments are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and space is limited to 15 learners.

Program Notes

• Virtual classroom sessions are 3 to 4 hours in duration and begin at 10:00AM Central.
• Attendance is mandatory for both virtual classroom sessions and all in person sessions to earn your certification.
• Final exam will be administered during the last day of class. Passing score on the exam is required to earn your certification.
